South Carolina releases Connected Nation Stats

94% is a joke!!! I live in Laurens County in Upstate South Carolina. There are still people in my home county that can only get dial-up and that's all. The BS perfortrated by Connected Nation is not merely dubious, it borders on absolute fraud on the taxpayers!! The State of South Carolina should go FTTH with muni-fiber with the following conditions:
1. Minimum internet speed of 2gigabits per second
2. A full build out and universal service for the whole state
3. All digital sd and hd channels

Thats the funniest thing I have heard in weeks. I almost fell off my chair when I read that. I sincerely hope you arent being serious, otherwise you clearly dont have a grasp of economics.
