Look somewhere else. We promote privacy and security, not trash it.

What if I'm trying to secure the data in the organization I am hired to protect, and part of that security includes monitoring users who may be attempting bad things? These users should just go unwatched? The privacy and security of the employee can take a back seat to the privacy and security of the private sector organization they work for.
