Websense scales nicely, and there are SMB packages available. However, I can't guess your specific environment, requirements, budget or IT capabilities. When you have a more specific set of requirements, post them and I may come up with other possibilities.
Edit - I'd suggest a editing to more accurate title to your request if you wish to be taken seriously by those who could provide solutions. The "I want spyware" thing smacks more of kiddie stuff than an IT professional looking for serious recommendations.

I thought a blunt, straight-to-the-point title would do, but I seem to not have my nose high enough in the air?? I can think of many other more politically correct ways to say, "I want to spy on people to protect the data of my company since we don't know how to hire honest people" but since I've come to feel at home here at DSLR, I thought that unnecessary.

Edit: Plus, I blatantly chose that title because I think is funny when someone asks me to "put antivirus and spyware" on their computer at home... I've stopped correcting them. |

I was hoping for some requirements on which to base further recommendations, as there are several solutions available for business, and which ones are appropriate depends on the factors I mentioned. However, based on your response, the requirements aren't forthcoming, so I'll back out and let others deal with the request for "spy software".
