Search for both what the Bell ombudsman wrote about the cross border outsourced Hotmail service, and search for Bell's email about how everyone will be informed, and given notice, and given an opt-out on change of bandwidth policy and throttling.
So no. Even if its in writing Bell is a company that goes back on its word and is untrustworthy. |
