| Strange speed issues with usenet I have been having the strangest issues with my usenet download speeds. I used to consistently get around 310-320 KB/s with the grabit program which is what I use as my newsreader. This was pretty much maxing out my 3mb connection. Now my speed has been like 80KB/s which is a huge drop compared to what I used to get. Then when I try downloading from rapidshare as a test I get around 320 KB/s which is what I'm used to so it can't be an internet problem it must be a newsgroup problem. Am I right? Is this fixable or just a newsgroup glitch I have to wait through? |
