The guarantee is totally worthless for these reasons:
1. You have to buy TV with it and they raise the price of TV at 3-4X the rate of inflation.
2. Soon, Comcast will be going to a pay-per-bit price model so all current plans will be discontinued and you'll surely see a price rise for the new plans in areas with no competition.
