Re: Yahoo also dropping legit mail

I really like not getting 60+ spam emails a day.

Been lucky so far I am not missing any emails (that I know of)

Well, you won't really know. Both of my main accounts and all but one of seven subaccounts were completely down over the weekend with the mysterious "unexpected server disconnect" error. No POP3 access at all, and webmail had nothing.

They've let the five year olds loose in the datacenter again. Just once I'd like to see them do something right the first time.

I did a test last night with my sbcglobal.net account and my dslr.net account. So far it has received and sent messages that I have sent so far.

I dunno if that is any indication of e-mails I don't get but the majority that sit in my primary sbcglobal.net account were SPAM anyway. I abandoned that address a little over 2 years ago due to spam.

If the delivering mail server is configured correctly, the mail WILL go through.

Everyone in this forum can disagree, but it is only mis-configured mail servers being rejected - period! You can bet your life on it.
