You are correct about the basic support for the popular 4 "Linksys, Belkin, Dlink and Netgear" where our techs will provide basic support for the configuration on any of these devices to work with our equipment. "Any advance configuration will still remain to be referred to the proper manufacturer of each device".
We can only provide the basic settings information such as: VPI = 8 VCI = 35 and the type of connection, DHCP or Static.

Personally I would like to learn more about the advance Cisco routers for my own personal knowledge
I hope I did not cause any confusion and please let me know if you have any questions
