These ISPs have their OWN transit network (Such as Cogent, Teleglobe, Peer1...) and use Bell's DSL network to provide the service.<br><br>Think of it as gaz pipelines, where Exxon from Alaska, pays Canada to deliver their product to the USA mainland.<br>The gaz is Exxon, they are not a reseller.]]></description>
