| Problems transferring sbcglobal account to yahoo
When my sbcglobal account was suspended, I tried to switch to a regular yahoo account.
Before the transfer occurred, I spoke with at&t tech support people around the globe to ask what would actually happen. Each agent gave me a different answer.
After the account was officially suspended, I could no longer receive incoming e-mail, although I could send it. I spent countless hours with more tech support people, mostly being told "the problem is not ours". Finally, after much persistence on my part, the problem was directed to the "escalation team" at yahoo.
I cannot believe I'm the first person to have such a frustrating and negative experience with at&t tech support people. Your manuals need to be re-written. |
