|  Unable to get the Miami Broadstar Java Speedtest Working
..just wondering if this is a local routing issue via Comcast or something else. For about 3 weeks now I'm unable to access our Miami, Broadstar.com java speedtest.
»/speedtest?loc=4&premium=
All the other Java applet speedtests work ok.
The flash to Broadstar also doesn't work 
Currently running Java - latest version
This is what I get & it won't complete loading to get me to the "start" button

Try changing your routers mac address to obtain a different ip and see if you have the problem. Or use the default mac address of your router if you have already changed it and see if there is a change.
I have found, that changing my mac address to obtain a different ip puts me on a different subnet.
Just a thought.

Even tried direct connect from 'puter to modem (eliminated the router from the equation)
It has to be Comcast, no?

I can tracert from way up north ok.
Did you get a different IP when you direct connected? If your PC mac was cloned on the router you probably kept the same IP.

Based on the updated tracert you IMed me, it's the last hop that is the issue.
The snippet is mine and you're stopping at 66.165.181.202 so my first guess would be that the hosting provider of the server is blocking your subnet probably because of some action they determined was a threat to their infrastructure.
Try to change your IP first and see if that helps. If not, you want to try and figure out who to contact that hosts it and see if they will unblock your subnet.

| OOPS Just for the record it works fine here...though there was a SLIGHT logo delay I don't usually see.
Then again Comcast can and does screw up pretty much anything... why I have DISH and ATT/BS DSL |

| I have had Comcast for over a year and half here and only had one or two days with a hick up. Actually, it was all of Charleston that experienced an "outage" on both occasions.

Since you also put your pc on the and got the same non desirable results.
Could you do a tracert to see if it is for sure a Comcast problem or another ISP?

So it's getting out from Comcast onto the Internet but stopping at 67-14-225-6.broadstar.com [67.14.225.6]
