ZDNet claims Safari was released "just over a week ago". That is weird since I have had it for months now.

Who is that scruffy,, alcoholic looking guy on the ZDnet page? I suppose he must a security expert? I sure wouldn't trust anything he had to say dressed like a bum and looking like a drunk.

No. They claim that "Safari 3.1, which was launched on Tuesday, will run on Windows XP or Vista and, of course, Mac OSX. Apple released a beta for the Windows-supporting version in June last year."

As to the 2nd part of your ridiculous assertion - Who the hell do you think you are??? You pass judgement on some person based on a grainy thumbnail on a website. Did you watch the video?

Of all the dumbest posts I've read on the 'net in the past several years, yours are right there at the top.

I need a macro key for this:

Ignoring the experts explains the consistent level of clue in your posts.

Why not post your pic and let us decide how competent you are by the way you look?

He looks like Charles Manson or, at best, an LSD whacked out hippie from the 60's with that awful scruffy, grayish beard and balding head with a ponytail and no suit and tie. He'd look much more presentable if he would shave his head a la Yul Brynner ..sexy look) or simply not try to call attention to the balding area which is what the beard does besides aging him even more with the gray in it.

Some of the best and smartest people are as you put it "scruffy, alcoholic looking". Who remembers this guy?

I tend to agree it sure does explain the replies in this thread: »Apple using iTunes update to auto-install Safari

Who is that scruffy,, alcoholic looking guy ... I sure wouldn't trust anything he had to say dressed like a bum and looking like a drunk.
Yeh, those scruffy, spaced-out looking people aren't trustworthy or credible. Probably won't amount to anything
