I am on Verizon DSL and my seach has never changed so I'm not sure about FiOS. The only time the Verizon page comes up for me is if I type a web page wrong like werizon.com or something like that. Then it hits the Verizon stuff and tries to point me in the right direction. When I do normal searches it still goes to my default search page...
