Lousy Service For Life?

Even at a fair price, is it worth it to have to deal with Comcast? every other month I get a billing error (always in their favor.....) calling them is becoming a nightmare with dropped calls, long hold times and rude customer (di)service. Comcast has gone downhill since they adopted the new corporate philosophy of cut-rate service and multi-million dollar ad campaigns.

In short, they suck at any price.
