Because had you been paying attention, Bell began throttling it's wholesalers. This is a big no no.

@hp.com		 How come only Bell is always the only one in the spotlight? I would assume the same logic should apply to Rogers or any providers that throttle. It just feels like Rogers can get away with murder...
