They were experimenting with throttling for awhile but have no let up after some backlash. There is no cap, and no throttling, but they do limit the connection to 200 open sessions at once. Which really isn't a big deal, and I find is a MUCH better way of handling Bt than throttling it. |

no there is no cap on aliant... and there is no throttleing
the only limitation I've observed is about 200 connections at once... but maybee thats just my connection ? |
