| Nice catch!!! Yest another Company suckering folks into giving them their images for trinkets. Very very pathetic on Adobe's part!!! To think I was going to buy LR and CS3, I think I will refrain for now. CS2 will hold me for a whole, maybe permanently if they keep this garbage up! Guess they needed more stock pictures for their Adobe Stock thing to sell Companies and such. Wow, geeessshhh, couldn't do it the right way and just pay the photogs for their hard work... nah.. no way... easier to steal it from the unknowing masses who will flock to use something free, lol. No wonder this Countries' economy is going in the sh*tter so quickly!

| I get that part, but (and again, I'm only referencing the dpreview forum links - I have no idea if their posters are as intelligent and clued in as here ... how could they be?  ). What I'm hearing is conflicted between:
1. Download and use this cool, free stuff and we own your soul in perpetuity.
2. Post an image to our site and we can use ut as we see fit.
Neither or either may be acceptable to some folks and I'm in no way trying to promote it. Just trying to grasp the scope.

It's less clear whether using PSExpress to manipulate an image constitutes submitting to a publicly accessible area. |

The above quote from their TOS are 100% un-acceptable.The "scope" is all encompassing to content that's uploaded to "publicly accessible" areas of Adobe's site or sites. Forever. Period.
You up-load to edit. This is all web-based. That's the "cool" part. 
Adobe has already caught hell for this story and claim they are working with their legal team to modify the TOS to make them more acceptable.
