I don't know the command but you should be able to look through your config to see if it's enabled on both ends.
How old is your V3000? It might be under warranty...

What routers do you have at each end?

Also, I was told that if you staticly assign on IP to the trunk port, that could solve the problem.

our routers at each site are hosted by ATT, MPLS with Nat, how can I verify that is is or is not turned on, I have copies of the configs, and I don't believe it is.

V3000 is running R6_049
NBX SS3 is running R6049
NBX 100 the same as above
and one NBX 100 running R6_048

What version software are you running?
V3000?

for some reason we can not connect between sites on conference calls, if I call from site A to site B and click conference, then dial extension to site C, click join or conference I get dropped and other 2 parties are connected.

Some weird stuff with conference calls any hints where to look ?
