Yes. If they were in range of your Wi-Fi network, had your 4-way handshake captured, and had the value of the passphrase used for the PMK generation (or the value of the PMK itself), then it's possible to decrypt WPA-encrypted transmissions in real-time, assuming they were able to put their wireless card in RFMON (monitor) mode.
