My own view is that everything else sucks too so unless it's even worse than AT&T Callvantage it's unlikely that we would have any reason to cancel it.

Now as far as going out of business. I don't know. I would think there's some proviso in all the regs I've been subsidizing with thousands of dollars in garbage taxes and fees all these decades which allows me to salvage that # in just such a case. Depends who you ask. I was told that they were going out of business when I first signed up. That was more than 5 years ago, and Vonage is STILL going strong.
