I think we can all agree that the specifics behind this Bell throttling issue need to be addressed by the media.

Idea #1

I would highly suggest that people take the time to voice their concerns in the forum for TVO's "The Agenda".

Perhaps they would look into it, and bring the key issues up to center stage, so they can be debated?
