I saw a posting on the Sympatico forum that it is not throttled (based on one users tests). So if TekSavvy is having theirs throttled and Bell doesn't - that is even another issue - and it is a blatant discriminatory practice.
I still want Bell execs arrested for peeking into my data without a warrant though
