I have dealt with www.cheapqsls.com and they did a nice job for a basic multi-color QSL card.

I didn't ask for an actual Photograph or High Gloss card stock, but they did a great job.

A nice bonus that helped me out was where they send you a sample of your card via e-mail before they print them, they had mis-spelled my name and I was able to respond and get it fixed before they printed a scrap run. :D

Ask them to send you some samples via E-mail, or stop back and bother me and I'll send you one of mine.

Yea the cost will be higher than a stock printed QSL but if done properly they should look much more personal as the recipients name call sign etc. will be printed as part of the card not added later. The system is also flexible you can modify or update your cards at will and should there be a legal change in your license or address you are not tossing a box of preprinted cards in the can or even more tackily sticking pre-printed labels over the incorrect information. It also allows you to create a database of cards sent and to whom.
