I don't know of anyone else in my area using TS DSL, only Bell DSL. Arbalister (St Kitts) would be the closest to me that I know using TS. ]]></description>

If so can you experiment with the manual speed setting to find out what settings gets you throttled (if any at all?).<br><br>eitherway I've suspended my usenet account until I'm confident I can find a technique to avoid the throttling.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : I'm in ottawa on bas6 and i don't notice any change in my Giganews nor the Free Teksavvy news provided with my static ip. I'm for SURE throttled on the torrent side of things but am VERY glad my news groups work.. PLUS, I don't seem to notice any difference when i download torrents. If i have Azureus open and Grabit at the same time, Azureus will do it's whopping 30KB/sec and i still get 120KB/sec from Teksavvy and close to 550KB/sec with Giganews..]]></description>
