click2dial/phone support

Just to add on - one might save on that incoming per minute fee if there's an Internet available near-by - just login into Callcentric's Dash panel and use Click2Dial feature - enter the phone number that is available to you now and the destination phone number - then Click2Dial will dial each number and once connectede - join the calls legs together.

By the way - the quality, as well as reliability of calling card feature as well as Click2Dial doesn't depend on ones IP lines... it's pure PSTN call.

The lack of phone support is much better "compensated" by trained technicians working via on-line Trouble-Ticketing system available via Dash panel.
