He said (paraphrasing) "In these circumstances, if ISPs like TekSavvy want to stick to their principles, they should start building out their own networks." Which, in all honestly, wouldn't be such a bad idea. Extremely expensive perhaps, but it's a nice pie-in-the-sky idea.

It would be interesting to see if we would receive the same or equal funding the Government provides Bell to do this.
