Which, in all honestly, wouldn't be such a bad idea. Extremely expensive perhaps, but it's a nice pie-in-the-sky idea.
It would be interesting to see if we would receive the same or equal funding the Government provides Bell to do this.

Gotta love it... government is aiming for net neutrality (net access for all) while Bell is aiming for Executive bonuses.
