| There are some people who have a skin odor that is unimaginably stinky. These people usually are under a doctor's care for the odor. I dunno how one can address these people except to just do it, politely. You might find that the person *is* taking care of the odor with medicines, etc. From what I remember of a dorm resident from about 45 years ago, the treatment for this person's odor was problematical. 45 years later, it should be better. I think it is a hormonal problem that the person cannot of his/her own even begin to take care of the odor. Be kind.

And to be fair, it's only when he wears a certain shirt. The same shirt. Must be something with the way that shirt breaths.
Everyone is different, and some people will smell worse than others. Sadly, at our facility, we can't compound any medication to reduce or mask the smell.
