[netopia] Help with Netopia - possible firmware glitch???

My 'Easy Setup' and 'WAN Configuration' options on the main screen suddenly disappeared from my CLI interface when I telnet inot the router. I am now unable to configure VPN access or change and WAN settings. Has the firmware corrupted already, or is there some reason this has happened and an easy fix of which I am not aware? Thanks in advance for any help!

I have no idea why it has done this, but you can try resetting the Netopia to factory defaults and see if these options come back.

Hi David,

As you can see from the attached GIFs, this is a 3347-02 running firmware version 8.7r10. One of the screenshots is of the main menu, and the other is of the quick menu screen. I have no WAN Configuration screen, and I can't change my IP profiles for VPN purposes. Any suggestions?

according to »www.netopia.com/equipment/upgrad···rel.html that firmware version is not even out. the best i can figure you have a 3347 that was upgraded to a -ENT model, and i am not real familiar with teh -ENT series.
