When I\'m using multiple trackers a lot of them give me an error that they\'re offline due to timeouts (check pic). <description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1405044"><b>RibaldJester</b></A> : I should preface this by saying, I am *not* downloading 24/7 or keeping my BT client up for any extended period of time.<br><br>With that said.<br><br>I occasionally use BT to download ISO's.  Under Insight I was throttled. Great. Under Comcrap it appears that BT is being actively blocked.  I see on the tracker site that the file I am grabbing has high numbers of seeders/leechers, yet I am unable to download the ISO because I see 0/0.<br><br>Is anyone else seeing this?  Is this the sort of service I should expect from our local monopoly internet provider? Technically, they do *not* provide Internet service because their bastardized version of it means blocked ports, asymmetrical speeds and throttling of services they don't like. But don't let that stop them!]]></description>
