Again, this guy is a SVP. That means other VPs report to him, and he probably reports into a 'C' level exec. Messenger, my a$$. He may be making it out like he is just a messenger, but he certainly, as SVP Carrier Services, is someone who can help shape policy before it is implemented. This isn't some call center phone jockey.
