Bad Upgrade Installation IDEA

I for one who does pay my bill on time do not like this upgrade on OUR cable system. As I had mentioned before we as the consumers should have been notified FIRST before installing this up grade. I DO NOT CARE for this wide-screen version and now when it is windy you loss the signal. If it possible, PLEASE undo what you did with MY cable system. BIG BIG mistake on your part in this cable upgrade.
