I\'m having some stange issues also. When I\'m using multiple trackers a lot of them give me an error that they\'re offline due to timeouts (check pic). The trackers are all online, even when I have torrents from the same tracker a few will be online but most will timeout.

Is "timeout" the error message that you are getting?
Many trackers limit the number of simultaneous tasks you can be running at once.
If you're on Comcast using BitTorrent, and you have 384 KB/s, you should only be running 2-3 tasks at once and let the others queue. Otherwise, you're spreading your upload too thinly and you're not doing anyone any good.
Click on Options and re-run the Speed Guide.
