As mentioned to reply to your post in Rogers forum, no, there's no one other than 3web. And there are rumours that 3web may not survive much longer.

 Are there any resellers of Rogers Cable INternet?
I am reluctant to deal with 3Web, last time I did was when they were selling dialup internet at gas stations. LOL.

Is 3Web worth the switch? Do they enforce monthly bandwidth caps?

I was considering switching to TekSavvy DSL, but this whole Bell Nexxia throttling is worrying me.
