Yea I get that too alot and its the speakeasy servers or just a glitch with flash. I get the same thing with speedtest.net also so to get a more accurate result try these FTP sites.

Another good site that seems very accurate for me compared to an FTP and my speeds are always right on with this

I also prefer using the FTP site BLUNTED 1 lists. When used in conjunction with the Networking tab of Task Manager, you also get a graphical representation of your speed that lasts for a few minutes. Most traditional speed test sites are too short to monitor traffic.
