You might be thinking of April 18th for SciFi Channel. It should also be mentioned that the spin-off series, The Sarah Jane Adventures will start airing the week before Doctor Who starts(4/11).
I wonder if SciFi is still kicking themselves for not getting Torchwood. |

Ho hum. Well, it was an okay episode, certainly not up their with the best. I do have to admit I found the silent-mouthing / charade scene pretty funny. Other than that, meh.
I hope they get some better story lines going soon. |
