The 10 things that Sprint needs to do...

Oh Danny boy....

I have also been a Sprint Customer since 1999. Within the past 6 months, (under Danny), things with Sprint seem to be getting WORSE, not better. It makes me question everything he says....

To help (him) out I provide my top 10 list on what Sprint needs to get better:

1. Better Customer Service.
2. Improved Customer Service.
3. Far better Customer Service.
4. Exemplary Customer Service.
5. Far, Far better Customer Service.
6. Much improved Customer Service.
7. Improved Customer Service where the customer actually matters to them!
8. Put the SERVICE back into Customer Service.
9. Customer Service where the Customer Service actually SERVES THE CUSTOMER!
10 Putting the CUSTOMER back into Customer Service!

AM I GETTING TO YOU, DAN???

Or is your real name Dan McFly?

Umm Dan Hesse hasn't been CEO for 6 months. He was named CEO Dec. 18 so try a little over 3 months. Additionally from what I've seen and heard, things do indeed seem to be getting better.

Worse not better. Hmmn could that be cause Dan screwed the pooch when he announced an across the board measure that not one single employee for 2008 gets any type of raise.

I know for a fact, employees are walking left and right; the good and knowledgeable ones that can. Just like customers employees as well take their business elsewhere!
