Your upload speed is 50% faster than Astound/Wave customers in the Concord/Walnut Creek area. The 768K upload plan has a 500k upload cap for East Bay customers.

The install is completed, as far as the internet and TV. They have to come back to install the phone in a couple days I had to call Astound to release my phone numbers a couple days ago so that may have slowed things a bit.
So far the only glitch appears to be the fact that AT&T blocks port 25 so I can't send any work email. There is a way to request that the block be removed, which I have done. We'll see. |

Thank you for letting us know about your progress so far. I hope you can drop by again and let us know if your speed remains stable.
Included is tonights speed test. Seems Astound/Wave gave us East Bay customers a little speed increase. I'm now on the 10mb/768k service plan. Very recently it was 8mb/768k. 768 uploads are still capped at 500k.

Well, I've been on U-verse since Tuesday late afternoon and like it. The TV is very good, better than Astound and the internet is stable with good speed results.

I returned my STBs to the storefront in San Mateo today. The staff didn't ask or apparently care why I was leaving their service. Just another reason to leave. |
