Anybody getting throttled here?

I'm running 3 torrents, downloading at 581 KB/s and uploading at 34.3 KB/s at 7:42pm.

Pep, so that means that you are being throttled right?

Looks to me like you're not getting throttled on your download speeds, but the upload speeds oddly appear to be in line with what Bell throttles its users with...

I'm not expert at this, so don't take my word for it. The download speed is pretty high though

Sorry, I forgot to mention I have it manually capped at 40 KB/s

I'm using Bittorrent right now and getting my max of about 515 KB/s ... upload at 60 KB/s (due to manually limiting my upload speed to 60KB/s) ... so no throttling at the moment. But April 7 is supposed to be the big day. I guess we'll see at that time.

Yeap, I'm definitely getting throttled here... no way I hit pass ~25k/sec during peak hours... As mentioned before this is Bell's throttling, not Acanac. I know I have a friend in the same CO (or at least I'm pretty sure he is) with Teksavvy and his throttle appears to have been removed... Should I be expecting this also?

P.S. I did request a VPS to use the ssh trick.
