To jimkyle: It's more than 10 days, near 20 days. It started from 17xx/4xx then it reached to current values. I will post today & thanks for advice
To hexwiz: I called them before but they didn't help me! She said "Everything is good but your DSL speed depends on... blah blah blah... I don't know what can I do for you"
