they claim there is not e-mail set up and to use the CD that came with our kit to set it up... ugh... told them it doesnt work... they tell me "other people are activating fine with the kit"... well it doesnt work here and doesnt work at a friends house on comcast either... just 404 errors... :\
I am trying to create the initial e-mail account... this has nothing to do with client end stuff... just to create an e-mail account on their server... right now we have zero... and the CD that came with the self install kit does not work and it claims that is how you do it and comcast support says to use the CD which... well um doesn't work...
