| so comcast can have a traditional pstn to work off of instead of their private voip system that is remarkable, but still isnt a pstn network |

| they don't want PSTN. They're shutting that network down. But hell if you own all the customers you can pretty much control everything. Maybe Comcast would split them off to their own company. or TWC and Comcast buy them form a separate company- and be done with it. |
