Contacting level 2 technician

"EDIT March 2008: Tech support is better when you call directly a level 2 technician"
Level one will suck the life out of you before they help you solve a problem. I have learned to live with or work around problems.
How does one contact level 2 directly?

1 edit		 A level 2 tech left a message on my voicemail after I called several time to tech support for a dtmf issue. After some tests that all failed I called him again and he replaced for free my linksys ata by a dlink one (even if I purshased the ata). Since that, I didn't had any problem with my primus line.
