I'm game, at the moment I have no problem with TB.
They are shipping me a new Gizmo because I wore the other one out.

No charge just return the old one.

"wore the other one out"
i was unaware that a device with no moving parts could be "worn out"

Or maybe they just want to notify you of the changes in ToS. I mean, if they just send out an email notify you of #3, it makes them look really bad.

Then shouldn't they be sending that email to ex subscribers that they continue to bill?

Why do I have the feeling that TB's prognoisis for the new one is that it is also worn out.
Guess we can wait and see.

Actually if you are account is still Open you got this email. You have to call to cancel. Just sending an email is not enough.

They're sending you a new Gizmo? Mine died and when I contacted them I was told they didn't have any more to provide. I asked for clarification and never heard back. I'm (obviously) taking my business elsewhere, I just hope my number port goes through with no problem.

I fail to see the logic why some one would spend all the money to buy the SunRocket Platform and then just let it sit month by month and just watch it drop customers and not try to drum up more business. Wouldn't it have been better to put the money they spent in Savings Account and draw a half percent interest?

Since it is coming up to a year now they should be doing something in order to salvage their investment.
Time will tell I suppose.

Do you have a ticket number for your problem? If you send me your Telephone number, I can get someone to take a look and see if a new device is what you need.

Re: TeleBlend News Update

HOLD EVERYTHING

WE HAVE AN UPDATE FROM TELEBLEND HEADQUARTERS

They say, they have "test" my "Gizmo" and it is working fine and they are NOT going to send me a new one as of today.

I said when I bypass the Gizmo and plug directly into the modem I have no problem. We have trouble shot this for months, i.e. me and my ISP, and have determined it to be the Gizmo.

So I requested a suprv. call back.. Sure---5 to 7 days.

I also requested that this be resubmitted to those people in T2 and have one dispatched post haste. I am not holding my breath only taking suggestions on which VOIP to change to.

If it breaks rules in this forum to post other VOIP companies please just PM me.

Thanks guys

Steve

Mine is not open (got confirmation email) but I received the email.
On sencond thought, does the cancel confirmation email mean anything in TB world?

I'll ask this again as you have ignored it the past several times.

WHY DO CUSTOMERS CONTINUE TO GET SPAMMED WITH "PAY YOUR BILL" E-MAILS WHEN THEIR ONLY SIN WAS BEING A FORMER SUNROCKET CUSTOMER AND THEY NEVER SIGNED UP WITH YOUR COMPANY ??!?!???!!!?

And I believe I have answered this earlier in other threads. The only way you could have received that email was if you actually signed up. You had to go to our web page, type in your information, and enter your credit card number. There is no hidden we moved customers over or anything like that.

You are going to come back and say "You didn't sign up and I'm lying about it.". If you are still getting those emails, you need to call us to get that account closed, so you can stop getting those emails.

No, I don't need to act like it's grade school.

If you guys think I opened an account - fine. Any credit card info you may have inherited from SR is long ago invalid. Keep on sending me e-mail - it's cheap entertainment...
