AZ District Attorney looking at PSN!

Take a look at this web page for the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix. They note that the DA's office is interested in this company. I hope they widen the quest, as we here all know they do a lot more than just false advertising.

Here are a couple of qoutes from the page ...

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: The Bureau has received complaints concerning billing disputes, overcharges and unauthorized credit card charges, malfunctioning equipment, unreturned phone calls, poor customer service and delayed or no refunds. The company has responded to some of these complaints although usually not to the customer's satisfaction. At this time several other complaints remain unresolved or unanswered. Based on this information, the company's record is unsatisfactory.

LEGAL ACTION: On August 9, 1999, the Attorney General of Arizona filed an Assurance Of Discontinuance for it has reason to believe and therefore alleges that Planet Systems Network has directly or by implication promulgated advertisements that are false, deceptive and misleading as described below.
