Snapgear SG 565 VPN

I know nothing about VPN, but there is a need for me to setup the SG 565(An existing unit from my company) for the usage of VPN.

Appreciate very much if the following are being addressed.

What are the information that are required for setting up VPN

What should i be looking out for

What are the difference for PPTP and L2TP

Thank you.
