Well, i got the letter. I didn't bother to read most posts, but basically it was explained to me that they dont look at what you are downloading, just the bandwidth you're using. I assume that you're using usenet, and with that in mind will assume that you can throttle your bandwidth. Try that. Worked for me. Just keep in mind the "up to" and that it's burst, not constant. |

Louisville, KY | I hog the pipes and I never received the letter. Maybe if a node you are on isn't over used Insight doesn't care how much a person uploads and downloads.
