We had tried RR Turbo once and really for what we do on the net, the extra speed wasn't worth it. I mean, the browsing wasn't any faster and we do not download enough large files to warrant having the extra download speed. But now we are on DSL and I am seeing very good speed ( 10 mb/sec download and 1 mb/sec upload ) and low latency. My son plays games online and he finds our new ISP perfectly acceptable for what he does online. And we are saving money over what we were paying RR.
