our routers at each site are hosted by ATT, MPLS with Nat, how can I verify that is is or is not turned on, I have copies of the configs, and I don't believe it is.

Also, I was told that if you staticly assign on IP to the trunk port, that could solve the problem.

San Marcos, CA		 I don't know the command but you should be able to look through your config to see if it's enabled on both ends.
How old is your V3000? It might be under warranty...
