Still waiting on install

Horrible customer service, tech support and integrity. I placed my order over 45 days back and there has been NO response whatsoever from these guys. Got an email 10 days back to contact PSN to check on the test and verification on the line but JUST CANT't GET to talk to ANYONE!! there. Unbelievable I think apart from calling BBB one should also call their congressmen and inform them of this NATIONWIDE fraud.
